Mindfulness meditation optimizes life quality and intensity. We practice mindfulness techniques mainly with see, hear & feel procedures and focus on the breath to reach concentration, sensory clarity, and equanimity without disturbance from the thinking mind.
With Integrative Meditation we understand to include every aspect of our life into meditation, to increase our well-being, to yield a positive change in our body and mind, affect our mental outlook, increase our decision-making ability, and eliminate irrational worry and anxiety.
